Acting with integrity needs courage, at the same time it gives us confidence. It is sometimes not easy to live in alignment with who we are and what we stand for. However, if we do so, we feel more grounded and stronger. Integrity builds trust and therefore is essential for everyone who is supporting and guiding others in their personal development and growth.
